The U.S. District Court refused to grant the federal government any more time extensions in cleaning up the sewage flowing from Tijuana into the U.S. In addition, U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, who sits on the Senate Appropriations Committee, said she will work to get $66 million to improve the wastewater treatment plant in San Ysidro.
